介质阻挡放电过程中相关参量的变化
Change of correlative discharge parameters in dielectric barrier discharge
【摘要】 在大气压、氮气条件下,对DBD相关放电参量随激励电压和激励频率的变化情况以及结构因素对DBD放电参量的影响作了实验研究.结果表明:当放电只发生在间隙局部时,电介质层等效电容、间隙等效电容和等效电场强度在不同频率时在数值上相差很大;当放电充满整个间隙时,各等效放电参量在相同激励频率下基本保持在一定值附近.能量密度随激励电压的增加而线性增加,随频率的增大而增大.各放电参量与电介质层放置的位置无关,与放电间隙宽度的变化密切相关.
【Abstract】 At the flow of N2, change of discharge parameters of DBD at atmospheric pressure with applied voltage and applied frequency changing and influence of configuration factor are investigated experimentally. The results indicate that when discharge happens in part of discharge gap, dielectric layers equivalent capacitance, gap equivalent capacitance and equivalent electric field of discharge gap have great discrepancy in different frequency; When discharge is full of discharge gap, each equivalent discharge parameter is around definite numerical value. Power density increases linearly with applied voltage increasing and increases with applied frequency increasing. Each discharge parameter has nothing to do with position of dielectric layers and has something to do with breadth of discharge gap.
