活性炭纤维低温吸附氧化NO的试验研究

【摘要】 应用活性炭纤维(ACFs)进行了NO的低温吸附氧化试验,分析了NO转变为NO2的机理,讨论了氧含量、反应温度、NO起始浓度、水分等因素对NO吸附转化的影响。试验结果表明:随着氧含量、NO的起始浓度增加,稳定阶段的NO转化率增加;随着反应温度升高、水分增加,稳定阶段的NO转化率变小;流速增加,稳定阶段的NO转化率变化不大。

【Abstract】 Adsorption and conversion of NO by the activated carbon fibers(ACF) at low-temperature is experimentally studied.The mechanism of NO2 conversion is analyzed,and the effect of oxygen concentration,temperature,original NO concentration and moisture are discussed.It is found that the conversion rate of NO increases with the increase of the oxygen concentration and original NO concentration,and decreases with the increase of temperature and moisture at the steady stage.When the velocity of the gas increases,the conversion rate of NO changes little at the steady stage.
