【Abstract】 The semantic interoperability of geographic information is the key to deeply use and share them between users.For overcoming the disadvantage of the abstraction and implementation specification of OpenGIS,the OpenGIS Reference Model (ORM ) is built to guide geographic information interoperability.In this paper,the value chain,the information framework with geographic information semantic,the terminology and framework of geographic information services,the multi-tier and multi-network architecture and the cross platform implementations and technological standard are introduced.And the application schema for geographic information services is analyzed as well.更多还原
