【摘要】 在大北京生态安全格局中 ,河北坝上地区具有重要的地位。通过分析坝上地区生态环境持续恶化的深层原因 ,发现该区区域功能长期错误地定位为生产功能 ,生态功能长期被忽视。该文认为坝上地区的区域生态功能是最主要的 ,该区应以建立生态社会与实现生态致富为目标 ,构建生态产业体系 ,促进传统产业向生态产业转型。更多还原

【Abstract】 Bashang Plateau in Hebei plays an very important role in the security frame of the Large-scale Beijing Region’s ecological environment. Instead of ecological function, the regional function of Bashang Plateau has been focused on productive function for a long period. And this is the essential reason which results in continuous deterioration of ecological environment in Bashang Plateau. In this paper, the regional ecological function of Bashang Plateau is placed in the most important place. In order to attain the goal of ecological society and get the ecological reward,the Bashang Plateau should construct the system of ecological industry and accelerate the transition from conventional industry to ecological industry.更多还原
