【Abstract】 Information resources are the basic resources for enterprises. To adapt itself to competition and development in modern economic environment, the enterprise should establish the new-type nervous system to suit the times from the viewpoint of understanding and utilizing information resources, adjust the structure of running and set up the nine-separation dividing structure of enterprise information resources.
