级联型大功率逆变电源数字化实验系统的研制
Development of Digital Experiment System for Multi-Level-Cascaded High-power Inverter
【摘要】 以多单元串联的拓扑结构为基础,以优化谐波为目的,推导出了针对多单元串联的水平移相式SPWM调制技术,同时以数字信号处理器(DSP)与复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)为基础,提出了一种水平移相式SPWM调制数字化算法,解决了在多单元串联系统中各个三角载波相位的精确锁定这一最为关键的问题。仿真与实验结果证明了所提方法的正确性。同时,该系统具有A/D、开关量输入/输出功能,为验证各种数字化控制策略及调制方法提供了良好的实验平台,为移相式SPWM理论的应用提供了实验依据。
【Abstract】 Based on multi-module-cascaded inverter structure and aimed at the optimization of harmonic, this paper introduces a horizontal phase-shifting SPWM modulation topology applied to multi-module-cascaded inverter. Based on Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and Complex Programmable Logic Device (CPLD), this paper also presents a digital algo-rithm for horizontal phase-shifting SPWM modulation to solve the most critical problem of exactly locking each triangular carrier phase in the multi-module-cascaded system. The simulation and experiments have demonstrated the correctness of the method proposed. With functions of A/D and switching value input/output, the system provides a good experimental platform for verifying various digital control strategies and modulation procedures, besides providing an experimental basis for the application of phase-shifting SPWM theories.
