冠心病患者纤维蛋白原浓度与血小板膜糖蛋白受体活性表达
Relationship between Serum Advanced Fibrinogen and Activity of Blood Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein Receptor
【摘要】 目的:探讨高浓度的纤维蛋白原(fibrinogen,FIB)对冠心病患者血小板膜糖蛋白受体活性表达的作用。方法:对60名诊为急性冠脉综合征的患者检测血小板CD62PE恬性,后进行冠状动脉造影,图像分析后根据冠状动脉损害程度评分。所有患者检测FIB、总胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-c)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL-c)等。在控制其他影响因素后,分析FIB与血小板CD62PE活性及冠状动脉危险评分的定性和定量关系。结果:以FIB浓度正常值400mg/dL为分界点,将所有入组患者分为正常组和异常组两组,分析两组间的血小板CD62PE活性表达及冠状动脉病变程度,发现两组间差别明显。偏相关分析在控制了其它危险因素后,显示FIB浓度与CD62PE活性表达及冠状动脉病变程度仍呈相关性;进一步进行多元逐步回归分析,在逐步去除高血压、血糖、血脂如TG,CHO,LDL-c等因素的作用后,发现FIB浓度和CD62PE活性表达对冠状动脉的病变程度的作用有显著性。结论:高浓度的FIB可促进血小板糖蛋白CD62PE受体的表达,从而促进血小板活化,并且这可能是FIB促进冠状动脉病变的重要中间环节。
【Abstract】 Objective:To study the relationship of serum advanced fibrinogen and activity of blood platelet membrane Glycopro-tein receptor. Methods: In a collective of 60 patients diagnosed of acute coronary syndrome, the activity of platelet CD62PE was measured . Coronary artery stenosis was measured by coronary angiography. The severity of coronary artery was quantified in a modified Gensi-ni score in base of angiographic imaging manipulation system. Fibrinogen, total cholesterol (CHO), triglycerides (TG), lower density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-c) , high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL- c) were determined in all patients. After the influences of other risk factors were controlled, the relationship between fibrinogen and the activity of platelet CD62PE was analyzed. Results: Our dates showed that fibrinogen was positively associated with the activity of platelet CD62PE. Multiple stepwise regression analysis indicated that fibrinogen was a significant variable associated with the activity of platelet CD62PE. Conclusion: Elevated fibrinogen level was related to the higher activity of platelet.
