【摘要】 本课题组曾用不同的研究方法 ,互相补充计算分析了我国区域技术创新能力 ,本文结合前面研究的内容 ,用翔实的数据资料进一步分析其差异与哪些因素有关 ,以便寻求提升区域技术创新能力的措施。通过研究发现 :区域技术创新能力的差异与某一特定地区所具有的知识资源呈正相关 ;与地区经济发展水平正相关 ;与区位优势正相关 ;与区域自然禀赋负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Our team had used various research and count methods to analyze the capacity of region technical innovation of China. According to the former research contents this paper uses the full data to analyze the interrelated factor about its difference in order to propose some new suggestions of improving the regional innovation capacity for the all regions. From the researches we find out that the difference is positive relevancy to the sciential resources and economy development level and regional advantages, is negative relevancy to the regional natural factors.更多还原
