【Abstract】 Employment policy in Netherlands is widely regarded as the most successful one among those of the European countries. Its typical institution including the government, firms and individuals is regarded as the Netherlands Model. The flexible employment system could be a good sample for China’s employment policy. In China, employment policy should be focus on the building of bargaining system of the government, firms and individuals, and enhancing flexible employment, and building one employment service system throughout the country.更多还原
