磁控形状记忆合金执行器及其控制系统的研究
Study of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy actuator and its control system
【摘要】 在分析了新型功能材料磁控形状记忆合金形变机理的基础上,利用其特性和仿生学蠕动原理设计了一种高出力、快响应、可控性好且能实现往复运动的直线驱动器,完成了控制系统的设计和调试,得出了实验结果。结果表明,该执行器具有一定的实用价值。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the deformation mechanism of magnetically controlled shape memory alloy, whichis a new type of function materials. Based on its characteristic and bionics theory , a linear actutator with highcontribution, fast response and good controllability made of MSM has been designed, and it can move back and forthin the control system, the test results are given in the last. The conclusions confirm that the MSM Actuator has functional values.
