氮碳共渗工艺过程试验研究
Test study on carbonitriding technology process
【摘要】 介绍了HT9961N可编程氮势控制系统,同时研究了氮碳共渗温度、时间、供氨量和炉压对35Cr鄄Mo钢的渗层深度、表面硬度和硬度分布特性的影响,并获得最佳工艺参数。
【Abstract】 This article presents a programmable azote potential control system named HT9961N,also discusses the influence of carbonitriding temperature,time,quantity of ammonia supply and furnace pressure on 35CrMo steels immerged layer depth,surface hardness and hardness distributing. Finally the best parameters are acquired.
