混流式水轮机转轮强度的设计优化
Optimization Design of Runner Intensity for the Francis Turbine
【摘要】 分析了叶片数、叶片局部加厚、上冠下环厚度等因素对转轮强度性能的影响。总结出通过改变上冠、下环和叶片的局部厚度及补强三角块来施行优化设计的策略 ,并给出了采用该策略进行转轮优化的实例
【Abstract】 The factors of effecting runner intensity performance such as the blades number,local thickness of crown and band are analyzed.The optimization design method by varying the local thickness of runner(crown,band,blade)and applying stress relief triangle of blade are presented.
