三峡右岸水轮机水力性能优化设计
Hydraulic Performance Optimization of Turbine in Three Gorges Right Bank ydropower Station
【摘要】 三峡左岸水轮机虽然通过模型验收 ,但其高部分负荷区仍存在诸多不稳定因素 ,模型试验结果存在高部分负荷压力脉动区。哈尔滨电机厂有限责任公司在三峡右岸水轮机优化设计中理论与实践相结合 ,通过大量水力设计和模型试验 ,最终优选出的A858a转轮在稳定运行区内不仅无高部分负荷压力脉动 ,且空化性能、能量指标及其他水力性能亦非常优秀 ,更适于三峡水电站长期、安全、稳定、高效运行的要求。
【Abstract】 In Three Gorges left bank hydropower station,the pressure pulsation existed in the range of high partial load operation,which had been proved in acceptance model test.As a result,a great deal of hyˉdraulic design and model testwere conducted by HEC,the turbine runner A858a was selected to use for the turbine in Three Gorges right bank hydropower station,which has no pressure pulsation in the range of high partial load operation,and the hydraulic performance of cavitation,efficiency,output etc are excellent.It meets requirements of long time operation,safety,stability and hign efficiency of turbine in Three Gorges hydropower station.
