IGBT逆变电源串联准谐振频率自动跟踪技术
Frequency auto-tracing technology for series quase-resonant IGBT inverter power source
【摘要】 随着频率降低,IGBT逆变器串联型谐振工作回路的负载特性将从感性特征转变为容性特征。分析了这2种特征下主电路的工作过程,从提高谐振功率以及确保主电路安全可靠的前提出发,谐振回路的频率工作点选在略偏感性的准谐振状态处。由于感应加热过程中存在谐振频率漂移等问题,必须对谐振频率进行自动跟踪,在此提出一种以P89C51RX2单片机和SG3525A来实现频率自动跟踪的新方案。
【Abstract】 As frequency low,the induction load transfers from inductive load to capacitive one in series resonant type inverter using IGBT.This paper discusses the operation process of main circuit with two different loads,and the conclusion including how to enhance active power and ensure the main circuit safe operation,the frequency of the power source is on the big side of the resonant frequency.To deal with the question of inherent resonant frequency swing,an automatic frequency tracing technology was developed with P89C51RX2 and SG3525A.
