基于单片机和DSP的数字化IGBT逆变焊机研究
Research on digitalization design of IGBT inverter welding machine by MCU and DSP
【摘要】 主要讨论了在IGBT逆变焊机数字化改造中如何用单片机来实现面板事务管理,用DSP来实现焊接动态过程的控制问题,阐述了其硬件与软件的设计方法,论述了DSP和单片机之间通信的有关问题。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the panel management by MCU and welding dynamic process control by DSP in digitalization design of IGBT inverter welding machine is discussed mainly,the design method of software and hardware is illuminated,and the communication between DSP and MCU is analyzed in detail.
