【摘要】 介绍了PLC在钢筋焊接网自动化生产线中的应用熏对整个控制系统的构成、功能、硬件实现与软件设计均进行了分析,特别介绍了钢筋焊接网生产过程中横向钢筋的输送和焊接过程顺序控制的梯形图设计。运行结果表明,PLC的应用大大提高了钢筋焊接网自动化生产线的生产效率和产品质量,方便了生产过程的控制和管理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of PLC in automatic production line for welding reinforcing steel mesh is introduced in this article.The structures,functions,the hardware realization and software design of the whole control system are analyzed.The ladder diagram of sequence control on the feeding and welding in transverse direction in the reinforcing steel mesh manufacture process is particular presented.The operation shows that the producing efficiency and output quality is greatly improved and the control and manager is easier.更多还原
