聚苯胺/氨纶复合导电纤维的制备工艺探讨
Fabrication of Electrically Conducting PANi/ Spandex Composite Yarns
【摘要】 采用“现场”吸附聚合法制备聚苯胺 /氨纶复合导电纤维。重点讨论聚合条件的改变 ,对纤维导电性能的影响 ,以获取制备聚苯胺 /氨纶复合导电纤维的最佳工艺。研究结果表明 :氧化剂的用量、掺杂剂浓度、苯胺单体浓度对纤维导电性能影响较显著 ;而反应时间、温度对纤维的导电性能影响不大。并对该导电纤维的力学性能进行了研究 ,结果表明 ,该纤维基本上保留了原有的力学性能 ,可进行下一步加工。
【Abstract】 A method is reported to impart excellent electrical conductivity to spandex, based on newly emerging technology of in stiu grafting of conducting polymers onto insulating surfaces of spandex. The effects of the amount of aniline, the amount and type of oxidants, the amount and type of “doping” agents and the reaction time and temperature on the electrical conductivity of yarns were investigated in order to obtain the optimum parameters of fabrication of electrically conducting yarns. It was found that the amount of aniline, the amount of oxidant, the amount of “doping” agent significantly affected the conductivity, and the changes of reaction time and temperature had little effect on the electrical conductivity. In addition, the mechanical properties of the yarn were tested, and it was found that the conductive yarn maintained good mechanical properties. Owing to the excellent elasticity of spandex yarn, a potential candidate was discovered for the construction of future intelligent textiles for various uses.
