高校学校事故的法律责任探析

【摘要】 文章试图从教育管理者的角度,对学校事故主要表现形式进行归纳,并根据有关法律法规对学校事故的法律责任问题进行分析,以期防范和杜绝学校事故的发生。

【Abstract】 Focusing on the cases of school accidents happened in universities, this article analyzes their legal liability ac-cording to the relevant laws and regulations, so that these cases will be on guard against and be prevented.
