【Abstract】 The article starts with updating the concepts and concerning the effect in information consulting of university libraries. In the process the advantages and misunderstanding points have been analyzed. It also clarifies that the insufficiency of the information research and the weak ability of how to act in emergency are the essential reasons which affect the speed of information research. And the author proposes that the role conversion and altruism thinking are the principles that should be followed in the job of information consulting in university libraries.更多还原
