【摘要】 通过运用文献资料法、录像观察法、数理对比等方法对2001至2002年甲A男篮比赛中队员防守状况进行了技术统计。结果表明:各进攻队70％以上的投篮是在内线,内线的防守存在着种种问题。文中提出了内线防守应平步贴身,以手臂上封为主,脚步堵位为辅,增大防守面积,重视夹击、协防配合的防守方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyses the technical statistics for the defense situation in 2001-2002 CBA men’sbasketball matches by way of documents,videos,and mathematical contrast. The results show 70% of shootsdone in the limited area and there exist a lot of problems. It is suggested that the individual defense be thepattern of next to the skin with an epual footing,and extend the defense area,assisting defense and addingdefense at the personal defense in the area colse to the limited area.更多还原
