ZVT软开关三相PWM逆变器控制策略研究
Study of Control Scheme in ZVT Soft-Switching Three-Phase PWM Inverter
【摘要】 探讨了一种交流谐振环节软开关逆变器的电路拓扑及其控制方法,在该拓扑下采用SAPWM 调制的软开关实现策略,正负斜率交替的锯齿载波将所有功率开关器件的开通动作集在锯齿载波的垂直沿处,有利于软开关动作的实现。详细分析了该 ZVT 软开关拓扑的动作模式,建立了实现软开关动作的控制方法,并对系统进行了数字仿真。仿真结果表明采用该控制方法能实现逆变器功率开关器件的零电压软开关动作。
【Abstract】 A topology and its control strategy of an inverter with a resonant AC link soft-switching are discussed. The control scheme of soft-switching is investigated with SAPWM method. Using sawtooth carrier wave with alternate slope (positive or negative), the turn-on operation of all the power switch devices can be centralized at the reset timing of the sawtooth carrier wave. It is convenient for the realization of soft-switching. The operation patterns of the proposed ZVT soft-switching topology are analyzed in detail, and the control methods of soft-switching are given. The digital simulation is performed, and the simulation results confirm that the ZVT soft-switching operation of power switch devices can be realized by the proposed control method.
