一种基于预测电价的水电站报价方法研究

【摘要】 在电力市场中,水电站需要统筹安排调度期内各时段的用水量,并最终将这些信息转换为电站的竞价策略,从而使电站获得最大的发电效益。文中给出了一种基于预测电价的水电站出力报价方法,将水电站的竞价问题描述为期望售电收入最大问题,建立了水电站的竞价模型,模型能够协调各时段的用水量以及用水量与报价的关系,满足电站的可用水量约束,并以出力-报价形式实现电站的优化运行。最后通过一个具体的算例对模型进行了检验,其结果说明了该方法的合理性。

【Abstract】 The optimal water discharge plan could be reached only when it was scheduled with consideration of the whole horizon concerned, which is a challenge for a hydropower plant as an independent power provider to convert these information to its bidding strategy so as to maximize its generation profits in the electricity market. This paper presents a bidding model, based on forecasted market price, for hydropower plant to bid for its generation. The bidding problem is described as a problem of maximal expected income of the plant with a given amount of water during the period concerned. Finally, a concrete example is given in detail to validate the practicability of the model and algorithm.
