两次电流转移型短路电流限制器的研究

【摘要】 研究了基于两次电流转移的短路电流限制方案,它由快速开关、门极关断晶闸管(GTO)和限流电阻并联组成。限流过程包括两次电流转移:快速开关至门极关断晶闸管,再至限流电阻。采用快速开关可显著减少限流器的运行损耗,采用GTO可降低电流转移的难度。研究表明,在电弧电流向GTO转移的过程中,电弧电压和转移回路电感对电流转移时间有重要影响,提高电弧电压是实现快速转移的关键。

【Abstract】 Investigation has been performed on the short circuit current limiter (SCCL) working on double current-transferring. The SCCL is composed of a fast switch, a GTO based switch and a current limiting resistor, all connected in parallel. The operation of the SCCL involves two current transferring processes, i.e. the fast switch transfers the short circuit current to the GTO and then the GTO to the limiting resistor. By using fast switch, the power loss of the SCCL in normal state could be reduced. The GTO switch is used for realizing fast current transferring. It is shown that the arc voltage and the inductance of the current transferring circuit have important influence on the current transferring. The key to the realization of fast current transferring is to increase the arc voltage.
