【Abstract】 Theories and practices have proved that our country must carry out interest rate market-orientation. At present, the difficulties in such transformation are the non-market-orientation of actions of corpus in economic operation, guarding against and dissolving financial risks, and the imperfection of economic environment and managerial system. The success of the transformation lies in the determination of the base interest rate, the order and the path. Drawing lessons from the international experience, we should carry out our transformation gradually and by degrees, introducing the market competitive system and the competitive mode of organizations.更多还原
