【摘要】 目的　研究静脉吸毒人群HIV/HCV混合感染者病毒载量间的相关性及与CD3 ,CD4,CD8细胞计数的关系。方法　采用荧光定量PCR技术和流式细胞技术分别检测HIV和HCV病毒载量及CD3 ,CD4,CD8细胞计数 ,并采用多元统计方法进行分析。结果　综合分析显示 ,在HIV和HCV混合感染的静脉吸毒人群中 ,HIV病毒载量与CD3和CD4细胞计数存在有统计学负相关关系 ,HCV病毒载量与CD3和CD4细胞计数存在统计学正相关关系 ,两病毒载量均与CD8细胞计数和CD4/CD8比值无统计学关系 ,HIV病毒载量与HCV病毒载量间存在统计学负相关关系。进一步逐步回归分析表明 ,CD3和CD8细胞计数对HIV病毒载量影响较小 ,CD4细胞计数和CD4/CD8比值及HCV病毒载量对HIV病毒载量水平则产生决定性的影响。结论　静脉吸毒人群HIV /HCV混合感染者病毒载量间存在一定程度的内在联系和相互干扰 ,CD3 ,CD4,CD8T淋巴细胞免疫水平和作用机制有待于进一步研究更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study correlation of viral load with HIV and HCV in patients of HIV and HCV superinfection in IVDUs peoples and relationship among viral loads and CD3,CD4,CD8 cell counts. Method Techniques of fluorescent quantitative PCR and Flow Cytometry were used to detect viral loads of HIV and HCV and CD3,CD4,CD8 cell counts, and these data were analyzed by multiple factor statistics. Results With HIV and HCV superinfection in IVDUs peoples, there were statistically negative correlation between HIV viral load and CD3 or CD4 cell count, and positive correlation between HCV viral load and CD3 or CD4 cell count, no correlation between HIV or HCV viral load and CD8 cell count or CD4/CD8 ratio, there were statistically negative correlation between HIV and HCV viral load. Analysis of stepwise regression showed cell counts of CD3 and CD8 made a little affection to HIV viral load, but CD4 cell count and CD4/CD8 ratio and HCV viral load made determinant affection to HIV viral load. ConclusionThe interference and internal relations were observed in viral load of HIV and HCV superinfection in IVDUs peoples, and immune level and functional mechanism of CD3,CD4,CD8 T lymph cell remain to be further studied.更多还原
