高氟对机体内分泌激素水平的影响
Effects of Fluoride on Secretion of Hormone
【摘要】 目的 探讨高氟状态对有关内分泌腺的影响及与激素水平的关系。方法 采用流行病学的病例 -对照研究方法 ,对实验动物昆明种小鼠及高氟区人群的血清垂体、甲状腺及性腺激素含量进行了测定 ,用以观察上述群体高氟与有关内分泌腺的关系。结果 随着染氟剂量的增加 ,实验仔鼠血清促甲状腺素 (TSH)、甲状腺素 (T4)、雌二醇 (E2 )含量呈剂量依赖性降低 ,高剂量组 ( 5 0 0mg/LNaF)明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。高氟区成年男性睾酮 (T)含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而垂体分泌的黄体生成素 (LH)、卵泡刺激素 (FSH)水平则升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;女性人群血清LH ,FSH ,E2 ,P含量均低于对照人群 ,而LH ,E2 水平则明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 高氟状态可干扰机体垂体、甲状腺、性腺等内分泌腺体的分泌功能 ;氟对机体内分泌功能的影响可以通过生殖过程传给子代 ,进而导致子代的损伤。
【Abstract】 Objective To study effects of fluoride on the endocrine glands and secretion of hormones. Method\ By using case-control study method, hormones contents of serum from the pituitarys and thyoids and gonads were determined in the mice and the crowd in high-fluoride area to observe the relations between high-fluoride and concerned endocrine hormones. Result\ In pace with increase of contaminate-fluoride dose in the mather’s body, concentration of serum thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH), thyroxine(T 4), estradiol(E 2) and progesterone(P) were gradually reduced in the test mice, serum TSH, T 4 and E 2 of high-dose group(500mg/L NaF) were significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05). Serum testosterone(T) of the male crowd in high-fluoride area was significantly lower than that of the normal crowd(P<0.05), and serum luteinizing hormone(LH), folliele-stimulating hormone (FSH) were significantly higher than that of the normal crowd (P<0.05);Serum FSH, LH, E 2, P contents of the female crowd in high-fluoride area were lower than that of the normal crowd, and serum LH, E 2 of the female corwd in the high-fluoride area were significantly lower than that of the normal crowd(P<0.05). Conclusion\ High-fluoride state may result in damage of pituitarys,thyroids and gonads and affect secretion of hormones; Effects of fluoride on endocrine function of organism may pass on filial generation by reproductive course,and cause injure of endocrine function in filial generation.
