紫外消毒对驻极体电荷储存稳定性的影响

【摘要】 目的 :研究紫外消毒对驻极体电荷储存稳定性的影响。 方法 :用常温恒压电晕充电系统将聚四氟乙烯 (PTFE)和聚丙烯 (PP)两种材料极化制备成驻极体 ;用补偿法测量不同剂量的紫外照射后驻极体的表面电势。 结果 :在相对湿度不高于70 %、紫外强度在 1 2 0~ 6 0 0 μW/ cm2之间和照射剂量在 1 0 6 μW· s/ cm2数量级下 ,两种驻极体的表面电势均保持在初始值的90 %以上 ;增大照射强度 ,或者在高湿度环境下照射 ,都将加快两种材料表面电势的衰减。 结论 :在临床紫外消毒强度和消毒剂量照射下 ,PTFE和 PP均表现出良好的电荷稳定性。

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the effect of ultraviolet radiation on the stability of electret storing electric charge. Methods:Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and polypropylene (PP) film electrets were prepared by constant voltage corona charging at room temperatures.The charge store stability of PTFE and PP were studied by measuring isothermal surface potential decay after different dose of ultraviolet radiation. Results:The surface potential remained >90% of the original level in both materials when the humidity was no higher than 70%, the intensity of ultraviolet kept 120 600 μW/cm 2 and the increase of radiation dose less than 10 6 μW·s/cm 2. The increase of radiation intensity and the humidity accelerated the decay of surface potential in both materials.Conclusion:It is suggested that both film electrets have good charge storage stability under the standard clinical ultraviolet disinfection intensity and dosage.
