【摘要】 目的　高血压患者 ,观察血府逐瘀胶囊联合厄贝沙坦治疗对高血压患者颈动脉血管重构逆转的影响。方法　选取 61例新发或未经正规治疗的高血压患者分别单用厄贝沙坦 ( 2 9例 )和联合应用血府逐瘀胶囊 ( 3 2例 )治疗 9～ 12月 ,另选 2 8名正常人为对照组 ;采用高频彩色多普勒超声诊断仪测量颈总动脉IMT、LD和IMT/LD。结果　高血压患者颈总动脉IMT、LD较正常对照组明显增加 ,其IMT/LD较正常对照组也增加 ;厄贝沙坦组和联合用药组血压明显降低 ,厄贝沙坦组的IMT降低但未致正常 ,其IMT/LD降低亦不明显 ,而联合用药组的IMT、IMT/LD较厄贝沙坦组降低明显 ,其各项指标均接近正常对照组。结论　联合应用血府逐瘀胶囊和厄贝沙坦较单用厄贝沙坦能更有效地逆转高血压患者颈动脉的血管重构更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of Xuefuzhuyu granule combined Irbesartan in reversing the carotid vascular remodeling of essential hypertension(EH) patients. Methods 61 EH patients were enrolled in this study. 29 cases of EH were treated with Irbesartan, 32 cases were treated with Xuefuzhuyu granule and Irbesartan, and 28 normotensive subjects served as control. Color dopplor ultrasound were adopted to measure IMT and LD of carotid. Results After treated for 9～12 months, the IMT and IMT/LD in EH patietns treated by Xuefuzhuyu granule and Irbesartan significantly decreased than those in EH patients treated only by Irbesartan. Conclusion Xuefuzhuyu granule was beneficial to reversing the carotid vascular remodeling in EH patients.更多还原
