【摘要】 目的　探讨女性痤疮患者体内性激素水平的改变。方法　采用对照研究的方法对 5 0例女性痤疮患者和 15名正常对照者血清中睾酮 (T) 游离睾酮 (FT) 雌二醇 (E2 ) 性激素结合球蛋白 (SHBG)水平进行了测定。结果　女性痤疮患者的血清中FT水平明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,E2 和SHBG水平低于正常组 (P <0 0 5 ) ,伴多毛或月经异常的女性痤疮患者血清中T明显高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 5 )。女性痤疮的严重程度与性激素水平无显著关联 患者体重指数与对照组差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。结论　性激素尤其是游离睾酮在女性痤疮发病中起了一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the serum sex hormones changes in female patients with acne. Methods The serum levels of testosterone(T), free testosterone(FT)﹑estradiol(E 2) and sex hormone-binding globulin(SHBG) were measured in 50 female patients with acne and 15 normal individuals. Results The result showed that the serum FT levels in the patients were significantly higher than those in normal individuals(P<0.05). The serum levels of E 2 and SHBG in the patients were significantly lower (P<0.05) than those in normal individuals. The serum T levels of the female patients with hirsuties or menstrual dysfunction was significantly higher than that in the normal individuals(P<0.05).There was not obvious correlation between the levels of serum sex hormones and acne severity. The body mass index(BMI) was no difference between the patients and the normal individuals. Conclusion Sex hormones, especially FT may play a role in the pathogenesis of acne.更多还原
