“融知-发酵”在质量管理中的应用
The Application of Knowledge Convening & Fermenting in Quality Management
【摘要】 本文从知识管理的角度看待组织中的质量管理工作。组织中的质量管理工作蕴含着大量的知识活动,是一个知识管理和组织学习的过程。通过对组织质量管理工作中的"融知—发酵"过程、发酵类型和作用进行分析,可以更加清楚地看到质量管理这种业务运作本身就是一个知识积累和学习的过程。通过本项研究,可以使组织以新的视角对质量管理活动进行创新。
【Abstract】 Quality management in organization is considered as a knowledge management. It involves a great deal of knowledge management and is the process of knowledge management and organizational learning. This paper analyzes the process, types, and functions of knowledge convening & fermenting in quality management of organizations and makes it very clear that the organizational work is the process of knowledge cumulating and learning. The result presents a new angle for the organization to create quality management.
