【摘要】 马克思在《资本论》中对自然力的地位、作用、性质和类型作了全面深入的论述。马克思认为 ,一般资本对一般自然力的垄断 ,会提高部门劳动生产率 ,降低商品价值和劳动力价值 ,提高一般利润率 ;而特殊资本对特殊自然力的垄断会形成虚假的社会价值。在完善的知识产权制度下 ,企业对自己所购买的技术专利具有特殊垄断权 ,在相应的时期内会形成虚假的社会价值 ,在技术专利权过期后 ,则会使该商品价值量下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 In Das Kapital, Marx set forth the status, funciton, nature and type of natural forces comprehen-sively and deeply, Marx said if general capital monopolized general natural forces, this could raise laborproductivity of industry branches and reduce commodity value and labor value, then raise general profitrate. If special capital monopolized special natural forces, this could create false social value. In perectknowledge property right system, enterprise could monopolize technical patent which enterprise bought,this could form false social value in some time.
