【摘要】 目的　进行整体护理病区护理人员工时的测定 ,了解临床护士工作时间消耗情况。　方法　用分层抽样的方法分别从内科、外科、干部病区及其他科中抽取 30例病人 ,用单盲法对其每日的护理干预及各班次内容在调查表中予以记录并进行统计学分析。　结果　每位病人白班平均的直接护理时间为 88.4 min,占 5 8.0 8%。　结论　护理部有效的管理、相关部门及时的协调 ,建立有效的支持系统 ,从效益角度出发寻求管理途径 ,以尽可能减少护理人员的间接护理时间 ,增加直接护理时间 ,是缓解护理人员短缺的有效方法之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Object To measure the working time of nursing staff in CNW(comprehensive nuring ward) and evaluate the time cost of clinical nursing. Methods 30 patients were sampled from medicine,surgery and eldest ward randomly,the nursing interference and content of everyday were recorded and analyzed statistically. Results The average direct nursing time costed in every patients was 88.4min(58.08%)at day,indirect nursing time was 63.8min(41.95%);the percentage of indirect nursing time at day was 71%,53.6% at night. Conclusion Effective management and support system ,timely cooperate between departments can decrease the indirect nursing staff’s labor,increase the direct nursing time,relieve the shortage of nursing staff.更多还原
