【摘要】 目的　探讨炉银散治疗烧伤患者的临床效果。　方法　将 1 0 8例烧伤患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,治疗组采用炉银散创面涂药护理 ,对照组采用京万红创面涂药护理。观察 2组疗效。　结果　对 2组间不同程度的烧伤进行对照 ,治疗组与对照组的显效时间和显效率差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。　结论　炉银散具有较强的收敛、消炎作用 ,对烧伤疗效好 ,方法简便 ,易被患者接受更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Lu Yin San used to treat patients with burn. Method Divided 108 patients with burn into two groups randomly: treatment group and control group. Treatment group used Lu Yin San to compress the wound and control group used Jing Wan Hong to compress it. Then observed the effect of two groups. Result Compared patients with different degree burn of two groups.The result showed that there were significant differences in effect time and effect rate. Conclusion Lu Yin San has strong function of easing inflaming and is easy to be received by patients with burn because of its good effect and simple usage .更多还原
