镀锡工艺参数对合金层形貌及耐蚀性的影响
Effects of Technological Parameters on the Morphology and Corrosion Resistance of Alloy Layer in Electrotinning
【摘要】 镀锡板合金层是镀锡后在加热熔融处理过程中通过热扩散在基板与锡层之间生成的一种金属间化合物 ,因此 ,合金层的生成与原板和镀层都有很大关系。另外 ,其耐蚀性也直接关系到食品包装所用的镀锡板的寿命。对此 ,通过正交实验研究了电镀工艺参数对镀锡板的锡镀层 ,特别是对锡铁合金层及其耐蚀性的影响 ,并确定了弗洛斯坦镀液各成分的最佳浓度和电流密度。研究结果还表明 ,镀锡板合金层的晶粒度越大 ,晶粒排列越整齐 ,镀锡板的耐蚀性也越好。
【Abstract】 The alloy layer of tinplate is an intermetallic compound formed between base plate and tin coating through thermodiffusion during the treatment of heating and fusing after electrotinning. Therefore, both the base plate and coating have a great bearing on the formation of alloy layer, of which the corrosion resistance is directly related to the life of tinplate as a food packaging material. For this reason, the effects of electroplating technological parameters on tin coating, especially on Sn-Fe alloy layer and its corrosion resistance are studied through quadrature experiment; and the optimal concentration of each component in Ferrostan electrolyte and optimum current density are determined. The research results also show that the bigger the grains of alloy layer and the neater their arrangement are, the better the corrosion resistance of tin plate will be.
