冲击负荷电能计量理论与算法研究
Study on theory and arithmetic of electric energy measurement for impact load
【摘要】 为了解决电力系统冲击负荷电能计量问题,在分析电能计量传统功率理论及其算法不足的基础上,介绍了一种具有普遍意义的新功率理论,并基于该理论和数字信号处理技术,给出了适用于冲击负荷电能计量的实用化算法。
【Abstract】 For the sake of solving the problems in electric energy measurements of impact loads in power systems, the disadvantages of the traditional power theory and its arithmetic of electric energy measurement are analyzed, and a new power theory with significance of universality is introduced. Based on the proposed theory and the technology of digital signal processing(DSP), a practicable arithmetic that it is adaptive to measure electric energies of impact loads is presented.
