实时时钟12887在嵌入式系统中的应用
Application of real-time clock 12887 in embedded system
【摘要】 DS12887为DALLAS公司生产的CMOS实时时钟芯片,除具有实时钟功能外,它还具有114字节的通用RAM。内藏锂电池,断电运行寿命长达十年以上,并与广泛应用的DS1287、MC146818B脚对脚兼容。本文从应用角度出发,概述了其功能特点、外部特性、内部结构及与Intel嵌入式芯片386EX的接口应用。
【Abstract】 DS12887is a kind of real time C MO S chip produced by DALLAS corp.Be-sides real time clock function,it has114 bytes RAM,self-contained subsystem includes lithium.Power-off running time c an be over ten years.It is pin compatible with the DS1287and MC146818 B.This paper generally describes its function specialty,exterior characteristi c,internal structure and interface application with Intel embedded chip386EX .
