【摘要】 目的 :评估选择性肛垫复位术治疗重度脱垂性内痔的治疗价值。方法 :对 2 4 4例重度脱垂性内痔患者进行随机化的选择性肛垫复位术 (治疗组 )和外剥内扎手术 (对照组 )的对比研究。比较手术时间、术后尿潴留、疼痛、肛门出血、住院时间、术后恢复工作时间和肛门功能情况。随访 8周至 2 .2年 ,观察复发及选择性肛垫复位术缝合处局部情况等。结果 :两组相比 ,以上各指标均有显著的统计学意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :与传统手术相比 ,选择性肛垫复位术治疗重度脱垂性内痔具有手术简单、术后痛苦少、恢复正常生活早、并发症少的特点 ;缝合区局部安全、确实。但远期效果需进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effectiveness of the regional pad reduction in treatment of severe( third and fourth degrees) prolapse and hemorrhoids.Methods:244 patients of severe prolapse and hemorrhoids were undertaken randomized,compare study on the regional pad reduction and hemorrhoidectomy(Milligan-Morgan method); Compare postoperative operation time, out-of-bed activity, urinary retention, pain,bleeding, hospitalization time ,instauration work time and anus function. With follow-up of 8 weeks to 2.2 years,recurrence and sewing up place of the regional pad reduction were observed.Results:There is statistical significance in comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemorrhoidectomy for the regional pad reduction is a simple,safe procedure with good results,few complications and early recovery. But the long-term effect needs further observation.更多还原
