圆锥形件智能拉深实验系统的研究
Development of intellectual system for conical part deep drawing
【摘要】 采用美国NI公司开发的LabVIEW虚拟仪器软件,及6062E卡、调理模块等配套的数据采集产品,建立了便携式信号采集系统。该系统具有集成化程度较高、软件控制能力强、信号采集速度快及抗干扰能力强等优点。在建立便携式数据采集系统过程中,介绍了虚拟仪器系统的结构、原理及相应的软硬件配置。最后,在该系统平台上开发了锥形件智能拉深控制系统。
【Abstract】 The fast-moving signal collection system is established based on the NI corporation’s LabVIEW software and signal collection productssuch as 6062E card andrecuperatedmoduleetc. The system has a number of excellences suchashigh-assembly, higher software control ability, fast signal collection and higher anti-jamming ability. In course of establishing fast-moving signal collection system, this paper introduced the structure, principle and configure of VI Virtual Instrument) system. Finally, in- ( tellectualized system of conical part deep drawing is exploited based on this system platform.
