【Abstract】 The North Korea has started to make the adjustments in the theory and policy concerning economic development by the end of the 90’s in the last century in order to recover the economy and revitalize the development, under the changing of domestic and international political and economic situation, nevertheless, it is still against to use the words such as "reform" and "opening up". The pace of North Korea’s adjustment of economic policy will not be fast in a long term of view, since it is restricted by the inside and outside circumstances, and it will follow the principle of caution, change in stability and change for stability in a long run.更多还原
