【Abstract】 Supporting revival of old northeast industrial base, finding effective approaches to transfer rural surplus labor force,and solving the problem of surplus labor force in northeast China will relate to social and economic sustainable development of northeast China. For dualistic economical structure and other historical reasons,the problem of rural surplus labor force is serious.
