气力输送过程分选多相气体分布建模
Modeling on Dense Phase Gas Distribution during the Pneumatic Conveying
【摘要】 以动态理论分析为研究目标 ,从多相气体分布微分方程的描述方法入手 ,利用气力输送排放管路的定直径高速流动的特点 ,假设质量相差较大的气体和输送物在高速管道流动中出现分层的多相流动 ,应用多相气体流动理论描述了输送物排放的动态过程 ,推导出了数学模型 ,并通过实验加以验证。
【Abstract】 Based on the theory of dynamic analysis, the description means of differential equation for multiphase gas distribution, and the character of constant diameter high velocity flow in the tube, the dynamic process of transported object was described by multiphase gas flow theory, hypothesizing that layered multiphase flow for gases and transported substances with significant differences in mass will occur in the course of high velocity flow. Mathematic model is deduced and validated by experiments.
