甲胺磷降解菌的筛选及降解速率
Screening of Methamidophos Degrading Fungal Strains and Their Degradation Efficiency
【摘要】 从哈尔滨市郊区农田中采集土样 ,经分离、纯化得到 76个菌株 ,然后以甲胺磷为惟一碳源和能源 ,从其中筛选出高效降解甲胺磷的菌株LA1、LA2和LA3。 3个菌株的最适生长条件温度为 2 5℃ ,pH值为 6 5。经鉴定。LA1属于曲霉属 ,LA3属于梨形孢属 ,LA2未定名。用分光光度法对LA1、LA2、LA396h降解甲胺磷的能力进行研究 ,结果表明 ,当初始甲胺磷浓度为 3g·L- 1 时 ,3个菌株都具有降解能力 ,降解效率分别为 6 8 6 7%、80 33%、78 6 7% ,并且三者的降解效率大小顺序为LA2 >LA3>LA1。
【Abstract】 strains were isolated and purified by collecting soil samples from the farmland of the outskirts of Harbin. Using methamidophos(MAP) as the sole carbon source , three fungal strains LA1,LA2 and LA3 with high degrading capacity for MAP were screened out from the 76 strains. The three strains grew best at 25℃ and pH value of 6.5. LA1 was identified as Aspergillus(Micheli) Link, LA3 was identified as Piricularia Sacc, but LA2 has not been identified. The capabilities of these three fungal strains to degrade MAP were studied with spectrometry. When the initial concentration of MAP was 3、mgmL -1 ,all of the three were able to degrade MAP with high degrading rates, which were 68.67%,80.33% and 78.67% separately. The sequence of degrading speeds of these three fungal strains was LA2>LA3>LA1.
