【摘要】 指出了社会中介组织在发展过程中存在的诸多问题,即独立性差,布局不合理,行为缺少规范,法律法规不健全以及监管缺位。分析了这些问题产生的原因,并提出了发展和规范社会中介组织的主要对策:加速政府职能与社会中介组织职能归位,加快建立中介组织的监督管理体制以及进一步加强社会中介组织的法制建设。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some deficiencies are found in developing social agency services in China, such as lack of independence, unreasonable layout, no normalized behavior in management, unsound legality and rules/regulations and lack of supervision. To overcome such deficiencies, their causes are analysed and the following measures are proposed to take so as to normalize the operation of China’s agency services, including to strengthen properly the governmental administration and make social agencies being in their places, expedite the establishment of administration/supervision institution for social agencies and legislation of laws and rules/regulations for them.更多还原
