【Abstract】 In order to attain the strategical goal of revitalizing the old industrial base in Northeast China, an analysis is made in depth to the general economic situation, characteristics and existing problems of developing the private businesses in Changchun City. Some key points are thus indicated that the private businesses in Changchun shall take advantage of their superiorities over state-owned enterprises to develop themselves with their own characteristics. With modern management idea set up, they shall forge their own nuclear competition power on market. In addition, they shall set up well social images by improving management and keeping promise in legal business operation.
