【摘要】 采用 2× 4二因子试验设计方案 ,通过饲养试验和微生物试验 ,比较了甘露寡糖、糖萜素和金霉素对肉仔鸡生产性能及肠道菌群的影响。结果表明 ,(1)经过金霉素前处理 (5 0 0 mg· kg- 1 ) ,盲肠菌群数量无论是厌氧菌还是好氧菌都显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且生产性能得到提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (2 )在肉仔鸡粮中添加 5 0 mg· kg- 1金霉素未表现出明显提高生产性能的效果 ,甘露寡糖能够改善肠道菌群状况 ,糖萜素对肠道菌群未表现显著影响 ,但能够显著提高生产性能。更多还原

【Abstract】 A experiment with 2×4 factorial design was conducted to determine the effects of mannose-oligosaccharides,saccharic-terpenin and chlortetracycline on broiler performance and intestinal bacterial colonies.The results were as follows:(1)Caecum bifidobacterium and Escherichia coli concentration significantly decreased(P<0 05),and body gain and feed intake significantly increased(P<0 05) by chlortetracycline therapeutic dosage treatment (500 mg·kg -1 ).(2)Adding 50 mg·kg -1 chlortetracycline to broiler diets had no significant effect on improving performance.Mannose-oligosaccharides administration of diets improved intestinal bacterium condition.Saccharic-terpenin had no improved significantly performance without significant effect on intestinal bacterium numbers.更多还原
