脱硫菌的培养驯化与降解硫化物性能的研究
Cultivation of desulfurizing-bacteria and the study of degrading capability of sulfide
【摘要】 在有臭味的污泥中 ,经选择性培养基培养驯化高效降解 S2 -的脱硫菌。在温度为 30℃ ,p H值为 2~ 3,摇床转速为 180 r· min- 1的条件下 ,分别对此脱硫菌的生长曲线、降解能力以及对液态 S2 -的降解规律进行试验。结果表明 ,驯化后的脱硫菌不仅对硫化物有很强的耐受能力 ,而且有较好的降解能力 ,这为下一步研究生物膜填料净化硫化氢臭气奠定了良好的基础。
【Abstract】 With the odour sewage sludge and alternation substrate cultivate desulfurizing-bacteria which has high degrading capacity for S 2- .Under the condition of 28~30℃,pH2~3,with shaker rotary speed 180 r·min -1 ,the experiment researches the desulfurizing-bacteria of the growth curve,the max capacity of purifying S 2- and the degradation efficiency experiments on S 2- The result showed that the cultivated desulfurizing-bacteria was suitable to degrade sulfide and has good degrading capacity.Thus this may make base for the purification of Hydrogen Sulfide in Low Concentration by Biological Biofilter.
