汽轮机低真空供热时最末级的运行特性分析
The Operating Characteristic of the Last Stage While Steam Turbine Heat Supplying with Low Vacuum
【摘要】 首先对现有的汽轮机变工况热力计算方法进行了改造 ,使其适用于汽轮机低真空供热工况。然后 ,利用改进的变工况热力计算方法对CC1 2汽轮机低真空供热后最末级的理想焓降、前后压差、反动度及轴向推力进行了计算。计算结果表明 ,汽轮机低真空供热后 ,无论采用哪种方法来确定变工况后最末级的反动度 ,相对于原设计背压 0 .0 0 5 0 2MPa ,最末级的轴向推力都是减小的。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the existing thermal performance calculating methods for steam turbines at off design conditions are improved so as to be applicable for the conditions of heat supplying with low vacuum.Then the new thermal performance calculating methods is used to calculate ideal enthalpy drop,pressure difference,degree of reaction and end thrust of the last stage of CC12 type steam turbine heat supplying with low vacuum.The calculating results indicate that no matter which methods are used to obtain the degree of reaction,while steam turbine heat supplying with low vacuum,the end thrust of the last stage can’t be greater than it at design conditions.
