浅议中小城市ITS电子地图坐标转换问题

【摘要】 ITS(智能交通系统,IntelligentTransportationSystem)中GPS定位结果是WGS-84空间直角坐标,电子地图则采用西安80(或北京54或当地任意)坐标系的高斯平面坐标,为了将GPS定位结果实时在电子地图上显示出来,需要进行坐标转换。针对中小城市的特点,在总结各种坐标转换的基础上,提出了一种简化实用的坐标转换方法,基于这种方法,可以构建适用于中小城市廉价高效的ITS。

【Abstract】 Most electronic maps in ITS are based on Beijing 54 coordinates, Xi’an80 coordinates or local coordinates system. The outcome of GPS dynamic positioning is based on WGS-84 coordinates system. Therefore some coordinates transformation must be constructed in order that the outcome of WGS-84 can be directly showed on electronic map in real time. The precision of GPS dynamic positioning is up to 10 meters since SA was abolished in 2000. Firstly this paper introduces some characters of constructing ITS in small and medium cities and the simplified transformation formula from WGS-84 coordinates system to electronic map coordinates is built. This method saves some calculating time and declines the demand for software and hardware in ITS. Based on it, a practical and cheap ITS can be built in middle cities. Finally an experiment test is feasible.
