ICP-AES法测定黄芪成分F3新制剂中微量元素

【摘要】 [目的〗测定黄芪成分F3新制剂中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Cr、Se、Sr、Pb、As、Cd等微量元素 [方法]采用高压密封消化罐(PTFE),以(4+1)硝酸 高氯酸为溶样试剂,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP AES) [结果]方法回收率为94~106%,相对标准差为4.1~7.9% [结论]黄芪成分F3新制剂含有多种重要微量元素,不含有Pb、As、Cd等有害元素

【Abstract】 A method for the direct determination of 10 trance elements of iron,manganese, copper, zinc, chromium, strontium, selenium, lead, arsenic, cadmium, in a new preparation component F3 of astragalus membranaceus is proposed. The method is to use (4+1) nitric acid and perchloric acid as a sample dissolution reagent, and PTFE autoclave by ICP-AES. The results reveal that the recovery rate is 94%~106% and the relative standard deviation is 4.1~7.9%. The results are satisfactory. Then the conclusion is that there are many important trance elements in new preparation component F3,and does not exist harmful elements of lead, arsenic, and cadmium.
