牵引型碳基超级电容自放电机理
Diffusion mechanism of self-discharge of carbon-based tractive supercapacitors
【摘要】 自放电性质是研究超级电容荷电保持能力的重要因素。通过对牵引型50000F大容量碳基超级电容的自放电率测试,采用离子扩散和电荷泄漏机制相结合的方法,预测了超级电容开路端电压随时间变化的快速下降区和缓慢下降区的分界点。在自放电初期大约550min内,由离子扩散机制主导自放电进程;当超过550min后,自放电过程中的端电压逐渐趋向由离子扩散机制修正的指数函数延迟。
【Abstract】 The self-discharge behavior of supercapacitors was an important factor when considering the capability of charge keeping.Measurements of the self-discharge rates of carbon-based tractive supercapacitors with 50 000 F were presented,and predicted the dividing point between fast-down range and slow-down range of curve with voltage and time by the method, which was combined ions diffusion mechanism with charge leakage. At initial stage, self-discharge process was led by ions diffusion mechanism within about 550 min,then the rest process was led by exponential function with amendment of diffusion mechanism.
